If we are unable to restore photos or videos from your device, there will be no charge and we will either return the device to you or coordinate the next phase in recovery. If a hard drive is completely crashed, for example, there are clean rooms with very qualified technicians whom specialize in recovering data from those devices. However, that can sometimes be prohibitively costly. We will use everything in our vast skillset to avoid having to make that decision while keeping your device safe.
