DO NOT PLUG IN LAPTOPS WHICH HAVE BEEN IN WATER! If you or your family have had electronics damaged in the hurricanes, please do not plug them in. If you are concerned about the data on your devices, you are welcome to mail water damaged devices in and we will examine them free of charge.
We are, at our core, more committed to saving memories than anything else. Please contact us and we will work with you. If we are able to salvage data from your device, we won’t hold it hostage and will give you access to it on our servers. We will store your photos privately on our servers, down-sized if the file sizes are large. If you are a photographer, then we understand the full-sized images are required to get back on your feet and we will provide those to you. We will work with you to help any way we can.
